Hi, how ya doing? Really, I’d like to know and if you’re not okay… how can I help?

This is me. And, then I hear these wise, deeply true words:

Whoa. I’ve been keeping the ‘boat’ from rocking my whole life. Middle kid, people pleaser… easy going. It’s a response I learned early in life and was praised for it too. It makes sense I chose a profession of caring & supporting others. I’m a natural. I truly love it. Through the last 12 years I have been digging deep in my own chitta chitta (sounds and feels like: shit a shit a) and learning so much about that sweet big smiley people pleaser girl. I keep a childhood photo of myself framed with my special alter items. It’s a reminder to keep her safe, continue on the healing path, and honor her.

*chitta chitta. Sanskrit word meaning ones’ emotional reaction, affected by what it sees and its own nature. (Fluctuations of the mind)

Some days I have such an urge to be a rebel and make a mess of things. Go wild and free and not give ONE F—K. I’m getting a little better to do it, I hear from sisters and friends that love me, I’m direct. (I’m starting to really like that.)

So, it makes sense I have been struggling to find a schedule that meets EVERYONES needs. And, when you try to please everyone, nobody’s happy.

Truly, I want to serve those showing up to practice with me. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, mama of a kiddo (any age) or you’ve moved into menopause.

Here’s my JULY schedule. I decided to have Saturday classes back to online (through July). I hope you make time for your practice and this circle of support. We need each other. I teach to the students who show up. I am available for in person or virtual privates and semi-private classes/support offerings. I have studio availability and I can come to you at home or a beach/park/mountain top or river bed (you get my drift). All classes are EST, do the conversion for your time zone. To the west coast early birds.. remember we don’t care about messy hair, you’re in your PJs or if your teeth are brushed :). (Brush your teeth)
